Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
The short version
- We collect what you type into our project form, plus the basic technical data any website receives when you visit.
- We use it to reply to you, put together a quote and, if you hire us, do the work.
- No analytics, no ad trackers, no tracking cookies. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
- A few service providers handle hosting and email for us. They're listed below.
- Email us any time to see, fix or delete what we have about you.
1. Who we are
Fullhand Digital ("Fullhand," "we," "us") is a veteran-owned web design studio based in Florida. This policy covers fullhanddigital.com and the information you send us through it.
If you become a client, your service agreement explains how we handle your business data and your website's content. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement controls.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out the project form, we receive:
- Contact details: your name and email address, plus a phone number if you ask us to call you.
- Business details: your business name, what it does, the area you serve and your current website, if you have one.
- Project details: the plan you're interested in, page count, goals, extras, whether your content is ready, your timeline, sites you like and any message you write.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, ours receives some technical information from your browser when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here, and the date and time. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver pages, block attacks and keep the site running. We look at it only to troubleshoot problems or investigate abuse.
What we don't collect
- We don't run analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recorders.
- We don't take payments on this site, so we never see card or bank details here.
- We don't buy contact lists or collect information about you from data brokers.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote or mockup.
- To follow up the way you asked: by email, or by a video or phone call if you chose one.
- To deliver the services you hire us for and to send invoices and service notices.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sending us the form doesn't sign you up for a newsletter or marketing emails. We'll only email you about your inquiry or your project.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use the service providers below to run the site. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us.
| Provider | What they do for us | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website, protects it from attacks and runs the code behind the project form | Technical data from every visit, and form submissions as they pass through |
| Resend | Delivers each form submission to our inbox | The contents of the form you submit |
| Google Workspace | Our business email | Form submissions and any emails you send us |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business. If the business changes hands, this policy will continue to apply to information collected under it.
5. Cookies and local storage
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Two things may be stored in your browser:
- Animation preference. If you press "Pause animations," your browser stores that choice so the site stays still on your next visit. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
- Security cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is a real person rather than a bot. It isn't used to track you across websites.
Because we don't track visitors, there's nothing to opt out of. Your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track settings won't change how this site behaves.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't turn into projects: deleted within two years of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.
- Client records (agreements, invoices and project correspondence): kept for as long as you're a client and for seven years after, for tax and legal reasons.
- Technical data: kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own retention rules, usually days to weeks.
7. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, with strict security headers. Fonts, scripts and images all load from our own domain, so reading the site doesn't send your details to anyone else. Form submissions go straight to our email provider and aren't stored in a database on this site. Our accounts with each provider are protected by two-step verification, and only Fullhand has access to them.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it for legal or tax reasons;
- stop contacting you.
Email hello@fullhanddigital.com from the address you used with us, and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
9. Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Visitors outside the United States
We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Laws there may differ from where you live. By using the site or sending us the form, you understand your information will be handled in the United States as this policy describes.
11. Links to other websites
Our portfolio links to websites we've built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn't cover them.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change significantly affects information you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
